Keep growing your watercolor skills through brush control, blending, and new techniques! Age 14+
Service Description
Ongoing, 1-day workshops (register for each separately): Biweekly Wednesdays, 6:30pm - 8:30pm Beginner (with basic experience) - Intermediate Students Ages 14+ This class is for beginning watercolor students who have already gotten their brushes wet and are looking to continue to build their skills. It is highly recommended that students have completed either our "Intro to Watercolors Part 1" course, or a similar, introductory class before attending. Each session will result in a single painting that focuses on building essential skills for working with watercolors such as fades, brush control, different applications for color blending, and water control. All supplies will be provided by the instructor or by Catalyst. However, students are encouraged to bring: - Their own watercolor paints (if they have them) to practice with About your instructor: Jessica is classically trained artist, with BFA in concept design and visual development from Academy of Art University in San Francisco. She has spent over 10 years working as freelance illustrator and fine artist. She now works in multiple mediums including watercolor, acrylics, and water soluble oils, and teaches lots of our drawing and painting classes at "the Cat!"
