Service Description

**Please bring your own watercolor painting supplies and paint with you. While we try to have some extra supplies on hand if you've forgotten something at home, there is no guarantee that we will have everything you might need. 1-day classes, ongoing; most Tuesdays, 10:30am - 12:30pm Sign up for each class day separately Ages 18+ This beginner-friendly watercolor class is great for people starting out in this versatile medium. You'll learn basics like graduated washes, mixing colors, dry brush techniques, composition, and different methods of adding texture to your paintings. All of these techniques will aid in a good foundation to create a basic painting. Each session can operate on a standalone basis, but attending these sessions regularly provides you the opportunity to advance your techniques and build on your skills; practice makes progress! Each class day will focus on a different theme and you'll paint along with the group, learning as you go with step-by-step guidance along the way. About your instructor: Professional artist and former Quality Art instructor, Polly Barrett, will be your guide. Polly teaches in a stress-free and fun way and incorporates a wide variety of styles and subject matter.
