This beginner-friendly Expressive Arts experience allows us to focus on process over product while providing a safe space to share and explore. The instructor, Janelle Wilson, will guide you through a meditative acrylic painting exercise designed to tap into the wisdom and creativity of your subconscious. You will leave with an abstract artwork based on the imagery and ideas we discuss using the chakra color of the day. This is an excellent class for beginners or experienced artists who would like to approach their artwork and life from a different angle.
