About your instructor: Roxanne Cheldelin discovered her passion for art and creativity later in life while raising her three children, finding inspiration through spirituality and meditation. Her artistic journey began with sketching and inkwork, eventually leading her to create coloring products now featured in the Catalyst Arts Collaborative gift shop. Drawing from cherished childhood memories of coloring with family, Roxanne values creativity as a powerful way to foster connection and community. As the assistant to the director at Catalyst Arts Collaborative, she is dedicated to nurturing artistic expression in others, especially children, believing that creativity is a vital tool for self-discovery and meaningful connections. Optional to bring: - Layered clothing (suitable for paint and similar messy materials) - Spill-proof water bottle - Non-messy snack, if needed Scholarships for this and all of our other classes are available for those who otherwise would not be able to attend art classes, thanks to generous donations to our Art Start Fund. If you would like to make classes available to others, see our sponsorships page to contribute a monthly or one-time donation. Thank you for supporting (y)our commUNITY!
