What is your “happy place,” and what benefits does it provide? Whether it is your living space or another spot that evokes comfort, we’ll honor these places by creating cards that represent them and exude their good vibes. 10/17, When Bad Things Happen . . . Life includes troubles, grief, and loss, experiences both universal and deeply personal. We’ll explore healthy ways to cope, including the creative process of SoulCollage within a safe, supportive community. Join us for an uplifting exploration of how you navigate life’s challenges through art. 11/21, Gratitude and Grace: Thanksgiving invites us to reflect on and appreciate life’s blessings—family, friends, health, food, and even unexpected grace. Grace is the freely given gift of love, mercy, and forgiveness that we give and receive. We’ll celebrate kindness, compassion, and generous acts that make life better. 12/5, Faith, Hope, and Charity: These three virtues are interconnected and essential for personal and spiritual growth. They often come to the forefront during the winter holidays. We’ll show how these living virtues shape our actions and enrich our lives. 12/19, Let Your Light Shine: This session is about being a beacon of hope and showing the best of ourselves through words and actions. As we near the longest night of the year, we’ll honor and manifest our inner light. About your instructor: Char Tarashanti became a trained SoulCollage(R) Facilitator in 2013 and has taught this exciting and effective creative form in MN, WI, AZ, and now ID.
