Ladies Night: Handle Mugs, 3/12 & 3/26

Service Description

2-session course: Thursdays, March 12 & March 26, 6:00pm - 8:00pm Ages 18+ Ladies, please join us for this project-specific clay offering to build camaraderie and friendship with your fellow ladies, while getting your hands a little dirty and making something you can cherish for years to come! Each month, we will make a different project, using various handbuilding and/or wheel throwing techniques, depending on the project. In March's "Ladies Night" course, you’ll handbuild and glaze a unique, sculptural ceramic mug--complete with a creative, sculpted handle! Why drink from a boring round mug with a normal handle when you could create a unique, inspired, piece of functional pottery? Though each Ladies Night course will have a specific project we are working on, if you have an idea for a twist on the project that you want to try to accomplish, bring your inspiration with you! What's included in your course registration: 1. Clay for the project 2. Access to studio tools 3. Guidance during class 4. Kiln firing 5. Glaze 6. Your finished sculptural, ceramic mug! 7. Two fun Cat Clay sessions with the ladies! All materials will be provided by Catalyst or your instructor. Optional to bring: - Photos for inspiration! Disclaimers: 1.
