Aryssa Hutchins, aka Satoita, is a traditional portrait artist. Her current body of work is centered around legendary bassist Cliff Burton and his supernatural influence in her life. She is investigating occult sciences and applying it to the creative process. Aryssa primarily uses oil paint, charcoal, gouache, and occasionally uses digital tools.

Aryssa earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Illustration from Boise State University in 2016. Her work has been exhibited at many venues in Boise, as well as venues in Woodstock, Illinois, and Laguna Beach, California. She was a former member of The Swell Artist Collective before the Pandemic.
