Abby grew up in Meridian, Idaho and developed an early interest in poetry and art. They attended school at Western Washington University and traveled to study abroad in Japan. After taking a sabbatical, they completed their Bachelors of Business Administration in International Business at Boise State University in May 2023.

Abby is inspired by abstract design and mixed media techniques, as it allows them to freely express their emotional depths to the fullest. By using art as one way of managing Bipolar II disorder, they hope to promote emotional health through their work while also normalizing conversation on mental illness.
